We encourage you to ship your Q-Pad as soon as you are done using both pads. This should be within 3 days (72 hours) of starting to use them to ensure they will arrive at the lab on time to test them. The earlier samples get shipped, the less likely to run into delays with shipping carrier or have issues with sample stability. 

If you have missed the 72 hour mark- don't panic! We should still be able to run your samples as long as you ship them right away!
