When the Q-Pad directions are followed, nearly all samples are successful in getting a result.
In some cases, the lab isn’t able to analyze your sample and give you a result. This can happen for a few reasons:
- The oval was not filled on the Q-Pad, or there isn’t enough sample to analyze.
- Shipping delays make the sample unviable.
To avoid these cases we recommend using the Q-Pads until the green oval has been filled and shipping the samples back to the lab as soon as possible.
