In some cases, the lab isn’t able to analyze your sample and give you a result. This can happen for a few reasons:
- The oval was not filled on the Q-Pad, or there isn’t enough sample to analyze.
- Shipping delays make the sample unviable.
- There was an issue with running your sample at Qvin Labs
If there is an issue with providing you a result, you will receive a notification in the Qvin app as to the reason and next steps. You can also reach out to Customer Care proactively for assistance as well.
