We’re so excited for you to use the Q-Pads! Here are some tips to remember to use your Q-Pads at your next period and get you just as excited as we are!

• Keep your Q-Pads with your typical menstrual products.
• Set a calendar reminder for when your period is expected to start.
• Register your Q-Pad in the Qvin app right away to receive reminders from the app. 
• When you start your period, keep the Q-Pad kit on you, such as in your purse or backpack so you can use it when your flow starts to get heavy.
