Qvin is able to provide refunds for the following types or orders purchased from Qvin.com:
- If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your Qvin.com order.
- For an unused kit that you have received, we can refund the balance of the total purchase proice after subtracting shipping and handling charges.
- You must notify us within thirty (30) days of placing your order on the Qvin.com online store that you request a refund and confirm that you have not yet shipped your Q-Strip sample to our laboratory.
- If you have a Q-Strip sample failure, we can refund your kit fee minus shipping and handling charges.
We are unable to provide a refund for the following:
- Orders where test results have been released are not eligible for any refund.
- Expired Qvin kits that have not been returned to the lab within 18 months of purchase.
- All Qvin kits must be registered and returned to the lab within 18 months of purchase. Any Q-Strip samples that are delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed.
- Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation, or replacement.
In all cases, Qvin cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit.

In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement from purchases made on the Qvin.com online store, customers must provide proof of purchase. If you purchased from an authorized reseller such as Amazon, please reach out to customer support at the place of purchase.
