We are so excited for you to use the Qvin Q-Pad Kit! You are one step closer to taking your health into your own hands - all from the comfort of your home. 

When you first get your Q-Pads, we recommend you to put them in the same spot as your period products so you're ready to use them at your next cycle. Putting a calendar reminder on your phone is also a great way to not miss out on using your Q-Pad.

Here are some helpful tips for when you are ready to use the Q-Pads to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible:

1. Remember to register your Q-Pads in the Qvin app and select "Start using your Q-Pads" when you use the first one. Not sure how to register your Q-Pads? Click here for step by step instructions.
2. Use the Q-Pads on your heaviest flow days. Typically this is day 1-2 of your menstrual cycle, but it could be different for you. We suggest using the Q-Pads on the days you wear your heaviest absorbency products.
3. Check on the Q-Pads as you use them to ensure you are collecting sample in the green oval. We suggest checking at least once within the first hour so you can reposition the Q-Pad, or switch to Q-Pad 2 if you are having trouble. This is also helpful in preventing leaks.
4. Keep the Storage Container with you so you can easily store your Q-Strips when you are done with the pads.
5. Ship your samples as soon as possible - ideally within 72 hours of starting to use the Q-Pads. 

We encourage you to always send your samples back to Qvin Labs, even if you didn't fully fill the oval or your period stopped. Our trained employees will determine if we can test the sample, and in most cases we are able to provide you with a result. If we aren't able to provide you a result, Customer Care will reach out to you to talk about next steps.
