When you use the Q-Pads for the first time you may be nervous about the placement of the pads or if you have enough sample collected. For that reason we have provided two Q-Pads in each kit, so if you run into issues with one, you can still use the other to collect a sample.

We also recommend you always send back your Q-Pads! In most cases we are able to provide a result. In the event that we are not able to, Customer Care will reach out to let you know and help you with next steps.
