You can use your Q-Pads during whatever menstrual cycle is convenient for you - whether that is your current cycle or a future one. A couple things to note:

• The Q-Pad kit has an expiration date, so you will want to use it at least 1 month prior to that date to allow for time to ship back and test in the lab. Check the back of the kit to find the expiration date.
• You will need to use both the Q-Pads in the same cycle.
