Some people fill the oval after 30 minutes, for others it takes a few hours. Try wearing the Q-Pad for more time, if possible. Avoid wearing the Q-Pad for longer than 8 hours.

If you've tried, and still can’t fill the oval, place the Q-Strip in the Storage Container. If you’re using Q-Pad 1, continue with Q-Pad 2 and fill what you can.

Send back the Return Mailer with what you have as there is a chance the lab will still be able to analyze your sample, even if the ovals are not completely full. We will reach out if there are any issues testing your sample.
